Entry to Wing - 1 enters to 2 on wing.
 

Shuffle cut option - 1 starts to basket cut, then turns and screens at top of key for 4 to shuffle cut to the ball side post.
 

Baseline Drive option - 4 continues to corner if not open, 3 elevates to wing, and 5 sprints into a side ball screen for 2. 2 looks to take the baseline drive if open as players clear.
 

Ball Screen option - depending on how the defense plays it, 2 can use 5's ball screen with 5 rolling to rim and 3 setting a flare screen for 1. 2 can hit 5 on the roll or look for 1 and 4 spotted up.
