Out of a Horns formation, upon one big catching in high post, the weak side guard cuts to post.

5 may feed 2, but looks for 1 flaring off screen from 4.

5 slice cuts into post.

If the post is not open, 4 sets a down screen for 2 to get an open jumper (STS action).
