In double overtime against the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Indiana Hoosiers found themselves down 1 with :16.7. After running a similar stack SLOB at the end of the first OT to tie the game, the Hoosiers ran this set to get another drive to the basket. This time, the Hoosiers took the lead after a made FG.
- 5, 1, and 4 screen for 2, and 3 enters the ball to 2

2 centers ball while 4 sets a pin down for 5.
1 and 3 space to the corners, 2 passes to 5.
5 immediately fakes handoff back to 2 then turns and drives to basket.
