First play ran by the Philadelphia 76ers in the Eastern Conference Semifinals against Boston Celtics. Great play because of the options to take advantage of how the defense plays the flare screen. Options to beat both switch and no-switch strategies. Screen-the-screener (STS) action to finish.
- 1 dribbles to wing, pushes 2 through who uses zipper screen from 5 to catch.

2 enters ball to 5, and uses flare screen from 4.
3 clears out side of floor, preparing to set back screen for 5 at elbow. -
5 passes to 2 on wing.
Options based on how defense plays flare screen:
Switch - 4 dives to rim.
No switch - 3 back screens for 5, and 4 screens for 3 (STS action).
