1 dribbles off of a ball-screen from 5 pushing 3 to the corner. 5 then screens for 4. You can get a shot from 4 or hit 5 cutting to the rim.

1 dribbles to the left wing off of a screen from 5.
3 and 2 slide to the corners.

Once 1 gets to the wing, 5 screens down for 4 who pops up for a shot.
